Aralez to Open Toronto Stock Exchange on April 5, 2016

MILTON, Ontario – April 4, 2016 – Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: ARLZ) (TSX: ARZ), a global specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced that the Company will open the Toronto Stock Exchange at 9:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

Chief Executive Officer, Adrian Adams, will perform the honorary market open ceremony that will be held at 9:30 a.m. ET. A live webcast will be available at: Members of the Aralez Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and Canadian employees will join in the ceremony.
